My Army babes are home from IRAQ!!!! Now they will be stationed in FT. Hood, TX for awhile. Then their next move is to Hunter AAB, GA. I'm so happy for both of them and will see them in about 12 days , 6-22, for a couple weeks R&R for them. They just spent 4 days home..but they had to go back for a few days.

I hope your son and his wife will soon be home. God bless them for their service to our country. My son-in-law left for Iraq yesterday afternoon for his first tour. He's just 19 years old. My daughter has decided to remain on base in El Paso until her husband returns. I'm in Indiana and will be missing them both very much.

My son-in-law is going to Iraq in May. He and my daughter are at Ft. Bliss in El Paso, TX. His brother is already in Iraq on his second tour. My father, father-in-law and all of my uncles served representing every branch. I have the greatest respect and admiration for the sacrifice made by the men and women who serve our country and protect our freedom. God bless your son, my son-in-law and all of the troops.

Hello Meridee and Welcome,
Thank you so much for joining! As a military Mom you can really appreciate the importance of what we are trying to do....Please spread the word by inviting everyone you know to this great cause! We are trying to get this in every state and beyond...if you or anyone you know is in a position to donate to us please let us know. The troops will really appreciate it! Please take time each day to say a prayer for our troops and their families and for our country. Have a great weekend, stay safe and be blessed....

If you can talk to the troops what would you say ?
God Bless for doing all you can do!
Do you have ideas to get this movement across the nation faster ?
Somehow tell the President to end the war and bring our troops home!

This is my son, Aaron, and his wife, Tiffany, stationed in Iraq at present. They have about 10 more months there, have been there since June 2008. This is Aaron's 3rd tour and his wife's 2nd. They are coming home for a vacation real soon, though, and I will be so happy :)) to see them. I miss Aaron so much and now that he is married, I miss Tiffany also. She is a sweet young lady. It is so unreal to think of her in the military, but that is where she wants to be. I'm just so glad they can be together in this situation.
Please pray they are always safe and that eventually they will come stateside and be close to home in our U.S.A.

A Soldier's Prayer, written for Aaron

God, grant me the courage to wake up

each morning, and face each new day

with the challenges set forth.

God, give me the strength for the tasks

given me to perform.

God, help me develope an attitude of

gratitude for the job you have

provided for me and

Thankfulness for help to be a valuable

employee in the United States Army.

Dear Lord, give me tolerance for

commands issued by my officers in

charge of my duties.

Help me to accept these commands on

their terms and not my own.

Pleas… Continue
